You may know Jillian Michaels from the NBC reality show The Biggest Loser.  On The Biggest Loser she serves as one of the personal trainers that help obese contestants lose weight and learn to eat healthy meals.   Over the years Jillian, along with fellow trainer Bob Harper and Kim Lyons, has helped contestants lose thousands of pounds.   She has now became a trainer NBC’s Losing It With Jillian where works to help families lose weight.  Along with the television shows, Jillian has several different fitness videos. 

These fitness videos have been released over the span of Jillian’s time on The Biggest Loser.  There are some fitness DVDs that are sold separately and others are sold as a set.   Some of the fitness videos with Jillian Michaels are a part of the Biggest Loser Franchise.  These fitness DVDs may include other personal trainers like Bob Harper and Kim Lyons.    Others DVDs are released independent of The Biggest Loser and has Jillian as the sole trainer. 

Jillian may come across as a little rough at times and some videos she does cuss. In the “30 Day Shred” and “Ripped in 30” she does say “ass” , but not it is probably once per level. By doing her workouts you can see results. Many of remarked on message boards that the exercises will help you tighten, tone, and result in inches lost, but not see as much of a change in the numbers on the scale. To see more weight loss you will have to adjust your diet and add additional cardio to your weekly workout routine.
